Road to nowhere
We all feel like we're on this sometimes...but not literally.
Not sure what was going on here as there was no signs of any further roadworks.
Would have been a perfect jump though.

This was on a huge billboard in Capetown.
It's a bit full on but the year before some british tourist caused a major forest fire that ended up killing a couple of people so fair enough.

Top gun
Up and away on a flying lesson which was a belated 30th present that I only just got time to take.
The plane was more Top Shop than Top Gun and when he had the bonnet up befor we got it I started to get some nerves. I also took about 10 minutes to get her started and teh door was held on by what looked like a coat hanger.
After our pre-flight checks I took her for a spin and amazingly didn't get sick or plummet to earth in a blaze of glory.
After I'd shot down a few jerrys it was back to blighty for tea and medals.

At the beach
A trip to the beach, a sunny day, an Italian al fresco lunch, some seal spotting........and Amber still slept through the lot.
